Our LEADERSHIP
Ted Rhoads is a devoted family man and a traditional businessman who believes in doing things the right way—through honesty, hard work, and genuine relationships. His integrity is evident in every decision he makes, both personally and professionally. In 2013, Ted boldly decided to leave behind his previous career to pursue his vision of creating Pipeline Contracting. His goal was simple but ambitious: to grow a family-owned business built on respect, quality, and trust.
From the outset, Ted dedicated himself to the grind—working long hours, overseeing every detail, and ensuring that the company’s reputation for quality was unmatched. His commitment to cultivating relationships with the Eastern Shore’s finest Trade subcontractors has been a key to his success. Ted didn’t just seek skilled workers; he partnered with subcontractors who shared his dedication to craftsmanship and excellence, forming a team that has become known for its top-tier work and professional integrity.
Through all of this, Ted never lost sight of his core values. Despite the growth and success Pipeline Contracting has achieved, Ted remains committed to the “Family Mentality” that first inspired him. For him, every project is personal, and every client is treated with the same care and respect as family. His approach is grounded in the belief that success comes from more than just completing a job—it comes from building lasting relationships, creating trust, and delivering craftsmanship that speaks for itself.
