OUR PROCESS
Design Planning – Discover and identify your needs and discuss the functionality of your project to achieve your ideal space. Our discussion will include possible materials to be used, work to be performed and budget guidelines so we are all on the same page.
Preliminary Design– Prepare a preliminary design and budget outlining the scope of work to be performed.
Design Layout & Estimate Review- If you decide to move forward, we require a retainer to proceed with the final design, honing the designs and layouts that will include all product selections and the final scope of work.
The Contract – Complete all necessary documentation, that outlines all of the material selections, the scope of the work, the general conditions and timeline to completion.
Permitting- We will be obtained the building permits and prepare the final job schedule. Schedule may vary and flex based on material delivery schedules and availability.
Construction- PipeLine Contracting’s project management and construction teams will communicate with you frequently and always available for any questions you may have. Your project will be turnkey, we will handle everything for you from deliveries, debris removal, daily site cleaning while maintaining a clean and safe work environment in your home.
Project Closeout – When the project is complete, your project manager and/or designer will conduct a final walk through, inspecting your project carefully, ensuring that your project meets our high-quality standards and scope of work. During this time, we will take photos of the project and will also request that you complete an evaluation of our performance
